We provide a single point of contact for all of your needs on campus. Our customized services include all aspects of planning and onsite management of conferences, seminars and special events.

Associate Director of External Event Services

Jody has been planning events for over 20 years and has been in higher education for 15 years.  She loves planning events large and small!

Event Specialist 

Coming from a background in theatrical management, Alexis is no stranger to the intricacies of running live events. Years of experience paired with a devotion to customer service make Alexis excited and ready to help bring your meeting or event’s vision to life.

Dominique has over 5 years of event experience. She specializes in AV, marketing, communications, and event planning.
